Kupchella to host Twitter chat today, give away $500 tickets

BringMeTheNews CEO and founder Rick Kupchella is hosting a Twitter chat Wednesday for entrepreneurs and business innovators.

During the noon Twitter chat, he'll also be giving away two tickets worth $500 to an event next week designed for business leaders with fresh ideas (see below).

Are you looking to start a business, or have you started one recently? In the process of transforming your brand? Or are you just looking for new ideas? We're going to be talking about innovation. You can participate – our Twitter handle is @BringMN. To follow and be part of the conversation, use the hashtag #BringMNChat.

Kupchella next week is moderating the SPARK! Annual Celebration of Innovation Event, hosted by the Sabes Jewish Community Center in Minneapolis. It aims to bring together hundreds of local innovators, business leaders, young professionals and community members, including speakers Kieran Folliard, founder of Two Gingers Whiskey Company, and Colleen Needles, a former award-winning news anchor and CEO of Tremendous! Entertainment.

The keynote speaker will be Greg Liberman, CEO of Spark Networks, the parent company of JDate and more than 20 other niche online communities.

That event is at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at MUSE Event Center, 107 3rd Ave. N., Minneapolis.
