LaTroy Hawkins hates White Sox reliever Tommy Kahnle.
Typically, what happens in an MLB clubhouse stays in the clubhouse. But not last night during Hawkins' debut as an analyst with Dick Bremer during Fox Sports North's coverage of the Twins-Rockies game.
It started with Marney Gellner reporting about all the love Rockies players still have for Hawkins, which apparently came as a surprise to him.
Hawkins: "I can't believe they didn't tell you about the fight that I got into in 2014 with one of my teammates, Tommy Kahnle. I'm surprised they didn't tell you about that."
Bremer: "Tommy Kahnle, the guy that's now with the White Sox, that guy?"
Hawkins: "Yeah, that guy."
Bremer: "Well, it was just good-natured, right?"
Hawkins: "No. One of the worst teammates I've ever had in my life."
Bremer: "Oh really?"
Hawkins: "By far, and I've had a lot of teammates."
True. Hawkins played 21 seasons in the big leagues for 11 different teams.

Hawkins' rip on Kahnle hasn't gotten much response with the exception of a former teammate of Kahnle's, Mike Recchia, who tweeted that Kahnle was an "outstanding guy" and that Hawkins is "the worst."
