Lino Lakes PD wants help finding a Grey Goose bandit

Police say he's struck multiple times in the past few months.

The Lino Lakes Police Department has made a name for itself with its engaging, sometimes quirky, and often hilarious tweets and Facebook posts.

But this week, they're using social media for something a little more serious: catching a crook.

The suspect in question is a serial liquor store thief, who the department says has hit two different local shops on four occasions in the past several months. On Thursday, they released surveillance footage of the man in action:

According to the department's Facebook, the guy seems to have a preferred poison.

"He usually steals Grey Goose vodka by concealing it in his pants," the post says.

In the most recent theft, a liquor store employee saw the suspect take off in a "silver passenger car" with a partial license plate number of "435M."

The department tells GoMN no new details have emerged since the post went up.

Anyone with information on this man is asked to contact the Lino Lakes PD, or Investigator Dan Thill at dan.thill@ci.lino-lakes.mn.us.
