Logic's Everybody has knocked Kendrick Lamar's Damn off the charts' top position, giving him his first No. 1 album!
Last summer he tried to warn us with "Flexicution" that he was coming for the top, and now rapper Logic has fulfilled his own prophecy. After a tsunami of fan support, a hyper-kinetic performance on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! and a flood of rave reviews, Logic has his first number one album ever with Everybody.
In addition to the same beats, rhymes and flows his fans love, Logic's Everybody deals largely with the societal subject matters supporters and critics have wanted him to address for years. This artistic growth and universal acclaim helped him move a total 247,000 album-equivalents, with 196,000 coming from traditional album sales.
This week also saw the announcement of his Everybody Tour. Logic comes to Roy Wilkins with Joey Bada$$ and Big Lenbo on August 16.
