Tyler, the Creator gets back to the insanity we've always loved.
It's been a while since we've had a Tyler, the Creator project with the Odd Future mastermind at the helm, and boy is "Who Dat Boy" exactly what we'd want. In the self-produced, self-directed clip – under his alias Wolf Hayley – Tyler creates an amateur science project version of Face/Off with longtime chum A$AP Rocky.
From the unsettling violence to the genuine wackiness, it's just a blast. Capping it off is a smooth R&B jam featuring four Tylers doing their best Boyz II Men.
Fans online speculate we're getting a new Tyler album on July 3 as, historically speaking, Tyler's always dropped a surprise video four days before his new album. While Frank Ocean is heavily rumored to appear on it, we're hoping there's a Bill Nye appearance after Tyler composed the intro music for Nye's new Netflix show.
- New Music Friday is a massive one today as, in addition to the heavily acclaimed new JAY-Z album 4:44, we get new releases from Public Enemy, MC EIHT, and farewell albums from TLC and Z-RO.
- Future dropped yet another new video with the YG-assisted "Extra Luv."
- To celebrate his forthcoming pool party, Rick Ross splashes us with his Anthony Hamilton duet "Glory of War."
