As students return to campus, college health officials are trading popular handouts of coupons and credit cards for ear plugs and sleep shades. The Huffington Post reports studies find that students who get enough sleep average a full letter grade higher than those who don't.

Macalester College in St. Paul is pushing the importance of napping and provides a "nap map" that shows students what buildings are the best places to take a little snooze.
