Raheem Aaron Waheed, 52, was identified by the Hennepin County medical examiner's office as the driver who was killed Saturday night in a parking lot accident at the Mall of America, the Pioneer Press reports.

A mall spokesman said structural engineers checked out the ramp overnight and did not find any major integrity flaws, the newspaper reports. The entire ramp is expected to be open Monday morning.

Waheed's U-Haul truck hit a support beam in the west parking ramp that fell and crushed the cab of the truck, trapping Waheed inside.

Two others were injured. They have not been identified, although WCCO and KARE 11 report that it was Waheed’s wife and daughter. Their conditions were not known Monday, media report.

Authorities said Waheed had no permanent listed address, the Star Tribune reports. They say he died after he did not heed a height warning at the entrance to the West parking lot, and drove a U-Haul truck into an area too low for the vehicle.
