Fox 9 reports deputies found the suspected shooter nearby and shot him at least three times when he didn't listen to commands. Officials say the suspect was taken to St. Cloud Hospital, but there is no word on his condition.

A Wisconsin man is charged with attempted murder after allegedly pouring gasoline on his wife and igniting the gas with a lighter. A criminal complaint said 59-year-old Andrew Spear suspected his wife, Mary Spear, a state attorney, was having an affair. Spear then drove his wife to their storage unit Aug. 16 where he forced her inside, told her to undress and set her on fire.

Driver arrested in alleged car-surfing accident that kills St. Paul man

A St. Paul man has been arrested in connection with the death of another St. Paul man after an alleged car-surfing accident in Wisconsin Saturday. Shawn Swanson, 21, was reportedly riding on top of a moving car when he fell onto the pavement and died, the Burnett County, Wis., Sheriff's Office, said. The driver of the vehicle, Cole T. Fohrenkamm, 21, of St. Paul, was arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
