Man shot in head, four injured on party bus in separate Minneapolis shootings

A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the head in Minneapolis, while in a separate incident Friday night four people were injured in a shooting on a party bus.

WCCO reports that the man is in a critical condition at North Memorial Medical Center after he suffered a gunshot wound to the head on the 2600 block of Penn Avenue North at 10 p.m. last night.

No arrests have been made, with police looking for witnesses to the incident.

In a separate incident, four people suffered "superficial injuries" following a shooting on a party bus in downtown Minneapolis, according to KSTP.

Police were called just after 2 a.m. to reports of a shooting near Minneapolis Central Library, on 3rd Street South and Hennepin Avenue.

Four people were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, WCCO reports, with no indication at this stage whether police have made any arrests or have any suspects.
