A criminal complaint against a Minneapolis man says he called his victim "a snitch" before killing him with a single punch in a gas station parking lot.
WCCO reports the complaint cites witnesses' accounts of Tristan Keys, 21, attacking a 53-year-old Apple Valley man at a Stop N Shop on the city's south side.
The Star Tribune says bail for Keys was set at $2 million after prosecutors argued that witnesses fear for their safety. The newspaper reports Keys has a criminal record that includes burglary, theft, and disorderly conduct.
The circumstances leading to the alleged "snitch" remark were not explained in the complaint.
