Eagan police said an investigation is under way in the death of the 10-week-old boy who was sleeping in the same bed as his drunken grandmother. According to a search warrant, police suspected the woman, 46, had been drinking alcohol. Results of a preliminary breath test also showed the woman had a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal limit for driving.

13-year-old Wisconsin boys charged in killing of great-grandmother

First-degree murder charges were filed Friday in Sheboygan County court against two Wisconsin teens accused of killing the great-grandmother of one of the boys. The boys, who are both 13, are accused of killing 78-year-old Barbara Olson with a hatchet and hammer while stealing jewelry and a car from Olson's home.
