A mail carrier who was convicted of stealing holiday cards and the money inside them was sentenced Friday in Mower County Court. The Austin Daily Herald said Doyle Dean Tarrence, 47, received three years probation and 80 hours community service after he was found guilty on one felony count of mail theft.
