A choir from Carl Ben Eielson Middle School was performing at West Acres mall when the risers collapsed underneath the students. The mall's general manager tells the Fargo Forum injuries so far seem to be limited to bumps and bruises. The risers are about 2 feet high. 3 teens caught driving 145 mph in Fargo, could face criminal charges

Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind told the Fargo Forum three cars were clocked traveling well above the speed limit on Interstate 29 in Fargo late Thursday night before leading a trooper on a pursuit. The trooper ended the chase because of the unsafe speeds, but was still able to identify all three vehicles. The cars were later found and the drivers - ages 15, 16 and 17 - were identified. The teens could face charges of fleeing, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.

Fargo man accused of throwing Quran through window into crib

Fargo police say a 40-year-old Fargo man is accused of throwing the holy book of Islam through an apartment window, and the book and glass shards landed in the crib of a sleeping 6-month-old baby, the Fargo Forum reports. Dominique Jason Flanigan is charged with felony reckless endangerment as well as misdemeanor simple assault. He's also accused of punching the baby’s father.
