The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says an elderly woman from Chisholm has been found after she went missing for two days, the Duluth News Tribune reports.

Margaret Archuleta, 84, was found Thursday at about 6 p.m. after she was reported missing Tuesday afternoon.

The Hibbing Daily News reports Archuleta was found by a search dog. She was lying under a tree in a ravine next to a driveway.

Archuleta was located in a wooded area just a few blocks away from a family member's home and about two blocks north of a command center set up by the Chisholm Police Department.

WDIO-TV reports that about 80 volunteers joined the search for Archuleta, who suffers from the early stages of dementia.

A search official told the station the woman, who has been known to take walks as long as three miles, was in "great shape," but she was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
