MOA's getting a new, Minnesota-based store that's all about high fashion moms

Evereve has become one of the fastest-growing retailers in the United States.

Mall of America is adding a store just for fashion conscious moms.

It's called Evereve and it's actually based in Minneapolis. The retailer specializes in merging designer brands with practicality.

The idea is to provide stylish, everyday looks that work with a mom's busy lifestyle. The store also offers some fancier outfits for special occasions or nights out – moms need to have fun, too.

And to make shopping easier and more convenient, there will be professional stylists there to help find your best look.

“Mall of America reaches our mom where she loves to be inspired, shop and have fun,” said Evereve co-founder Megan Tamte in a statement. “This new store will bring the Evereve fashion and styling experience to even more moms in Minnesota and visitors from all over the country.”

The new 2,200-square-foot store will open this fall. It'll be located near Nordstrom on the west side of the mall's first level.

Evereve was founded in 2004 under the name Hot Mama. But the name changed to Evereve in 2014 because people were thinking it was just a maternity store, the Star Tribune reported.

Now Evereve is one of the fastest-growing retailers in the United States. The company has more than 70 locations in 25 states.

There are currently nine other Evereve locations in Minnesota. They're all in the Twin Cities area.
