A warrant has been issued for a mother accused of leaving three children in a hot car while she shopped for swimsuits at a Bemidji Target in June. Bianca Jean Hazelrigg, 21, of Bagley failed to appear before a judge Monday. According to the criminal complaint, Hazelrigg left three children inside her car with the windows rolled up in 88-degree heat, while one child was playing outside in the parking lot.
