New Al Franken allegation: Woman says the senator grabbed her butt during State Fair photo

She told CNN it happened during a photo at the Minnesota State Fair.

Al Franken is facing another accusation from a woman who says she was inappropriately touched by the senator.

Lindsay Menz told CNN she posed for a photo with Franken during the 2010 Minnesota State Fair (so just over a year into his first term). During the snap, she said Franken grabbed her butt with his hand.

Her husband (who took the photo) couldn't see it, but said Menz told him about it right afterward. Her father and mother were also told about it immediately afterward.

She posted the photo to Facebook, and in response to a comment noting how close in proximity the two appeared, Menz wrote: "Dude -- Al Franken TOTALLY molested me! Creeper!"

Franken through a spokesperson told CNN he doesn't remember taking the photo (something that happens with a lot of constituents at the State Fair), but added he feels badly she felt "disrespected" by their interaction.

Menz is the second woman to publicly come forward with an allegation about inappropriate touching by Franken, following radio host Leeann Tweeden's story describing the senator's behavior during a 2006 USO tour.

Another woman – Melanie Morgan, co-founder of the conservative blog Media Equalizer – went public with her own story about Franken hours after Tweeden's post.

Morgan said Franken badgered her following a disagreement on a 2000 episode of the show Politically Incorrect, even calling her home phone repeatedly. Morgan's claims don't include any allegations of physical contact or sexual remarks.

(GoMN last week asked for a comment from Franken's office regarding Morgan's story, but didn't hear back.)
