With New Year's Eve in the rear-view mirror, the Minnesota State Patrol is out with preliminary figures on overnight DWI arrests.

According to WCCO-TV, troopers issued 25 Driving While Intoxicated tickets statewide.

There were also no reported alcohol-related fatalities on state roads from 5 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday.

If that holds up, it will be the fifth straight New Year's Eve that Minnesota has been DWI death-free.
