A Moorhead homeowner was surprised over the weekend when an apparently intoxicated man dressed in zombie make-up walked into his house. The zombie fled after the homeowner armed himself and confronted him. Police arrested a man matching the zombie’s description and charged him with trespassing and underage drinking.

A pair of Minnesota men's quest to allegedly see ghosts on a historic property in Chippewa County is going to cost them more than an otherworldly thrill. A 31-year-old Duluth man with a cane first sought a little kindness from a stranger, asking a 49-year-old apartment resident if he could come in to use the bathroom, police said. But then the guest tried to steal a few things, police said, and when the resident confronted him, he beat the resident with the cane. Police said they arrived to find the man belligerent and used a Taser to subdue him.
