City officials want to restore neighborhoods in north Minneapolis by building 100 green homes on vacant lots. However, residents told KSTP they're not convinced the Green Homes North program will do much to stabilize the area. A neighborhood advocate said he would rather see the $3 million investment go towards attracting jobs to North Minneapolis.
