O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend accused of purse-snatching in Fargo
The Minnesota-born ex-girlfriend of O.J. Simpson is accused of snatching a purse from a woman outside of a mall in Fargo, N.D., KFGO.com reported.
Christine Prody, who graduated from school in St. Anthony, is accused of grabbing the purse that was strapped around the neck and shoulder of the victim. Prody and the victim were reportedly on the ground when mall security intervened and held them until police could arrive for questions.
Prody is known for dating Simpson for 13 years, starting in 1996 -- the year after the ex-NFL star was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman.
Prody pleaded guilty to stealing prescription pills from a Moorhead couple while working as an in-home nursing assistant.
