President Barack Obama said he was going to give the internet one more tribute to his "bromance" with Vice President Joe Biden, and he did.
Obama surprised Biden with the Presidential Medal of Freedom – the highest honor a civilian can get – on Thursday (watch the video above), saying: "I am proud to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom with Distinction to my brother, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr."
Biden was shocked, there were tears, and the internet loved it.
Biden is the third vice president to be awarded a Medal of Freedom, Vox says.
