Hennepin County officials say due to winterizing at the Government Center plaza on Friday, OccupyMN protesters must consolidate their belongings or they will be confiscated, portable toilets will be limited to three, and overnight sleeping will be disallowed once temperatures drop below 25 degrees or a significant snowfall.

The American Civil Liberties Union is accusing Hennepin County officials of issuing a rash of trespass notices to force OccupyMN protesters off Government Plaza. The county denies that claim and says it has only handed out trespass notices to some individuals because of misconduct.
