Officials use K-9s, helicopter in search for missing central MN woman

A Royalton woman has been missing since Sept. 6, and now the Stearns County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find her.

Rebecca Ann Schneider, 46, who suffers from paranoia and depression, hasn't been seen since she left her daughter's house on foot Sunday, the sheriff's office said.

Officials using K-9s and a State Patrol helicopter have been searching, but haven't been able to locate her. Schneider's friends and family have also been out on ATVs and horseback looking for her.

Schneider, who has blue eyes and curly brown shoulder-length hair, was last seen wearing a green camo-colored sweatshirt, shorts, white ankle socks and no shoes. She is 5-foot, 7-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Anyone with information about where she may be is asked to contact the Stearns County Sheriff's Office at 320-251-4240.

The Minnesota State Patrol and the St. Stephen Fire Department have been assisting in the search.
