Update: 5 p.m.

Inver Grove Heights police have released more details about last night's fatal party bus shooting.

In an updated release, they say officers arrived at the AMC parking lot to find a "chaotic scene" where the party bus had just dropped off 40-50 revelers just after 1:30 a.m.

One man, identified as 19-year-old Billy Ray Robles, of St. Paul, had suffered a fatal wound while another man suffered facial injuries.

A teenage boy was found a short time later in a car traveling at high speed on Highway 52. He had a gunshot wound to a lower extremity.

It followed a fight between two groups of men on the bus – it's not sure what started it.

Police say the revelers had been picked up by the party bus in the same parking lot between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.

No suspect has yet been identified.
