One person has been killed two others have been injured following a shooting outside of the Moonshine Bar in St. Paul early Saturday morning.
The Star Tribune reports that police were called to the bar shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday on a report of multiple gunshots fired. A woman and two men were injured in the shooting.
All three were taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, one of them died. Two others are recovering from injuries that police say are considered to be non life-threatening.
Police said on Saturday that so far no arrests have been made. The Pioneer Press reports that police are asking that anyone with information contact the St. Paul Homicide Unit at 651-266-5650.
Police said they are having a difficult time getting information about the incident. St. Paul Police Sgt. Paul Paulos said, " People don't want to tell what happened. The Moonshine Bar does cater to a younger crowd and that might be part of it."
It's not the first time the Moonshine Bar has seen violence. 28-year-old Cher Vang of St. Paul died in February of several stab wounds to his upper torso after a fight at the same bar.
