A fire caused significant damage to a building in downtown Winona early Friday.
The Winona Daily News reports the fire began around 12:30 a.m. on the corner of Walnut and Third streets.
Occupied on the first floor is the Mason Jar bar; above it are a handful of apartments.
Ten people and three pets safely escaped the building, the Daily News says.
No injuries were reported.
It's the third blaze in downtown Winona in the past 18 months.
In the fall of 2013, a fire destroyed three buildings and displaced a handful of businesses, including the Winona Islamic Center. One year later, a blaze damaged the KidSports Gymnastics training facility, FOX 9 reported.
WKPT reports firefighters were on the scene Friday for at least four hours.
According to KTTC, officials described the bar and apartments as a "total loss."
