Patron paralyzed in Mpls. library shooting
A man was shot in the Franklin branch of the Hennepin County Library in an unprovoked attack, MPR reports.
The victim was a 42-year-old homeless man, the Pioneer Press says.
The suspected gunman goes by the street name "Xavier," the Star Tribune reported. The paper also reported the gunman did not take the victim's backpack, which casts some doubt on whether it was a robbery.
Investigators were reviewing surveillance tape, local media reported.
