Golden Valley-based Pentair Inc., which is expected to complete a merger with a division of Tyco International Ltd. on Friday, has been added to the S&P 500 Index. Pentair (NYSE: PNR) replaces DeVry Inc. (NYSE: DV) on the list.

Golden Valley-based Pentair Inc., which is expected to complete a merger with a division of Tyco International Ltd. on Friday, has been added to the S&P 500 Index, the Business Journal notes. Pentair (NYSE: PNR) replaces DeVry Inc. (NYSE: DV) on the list.
