The National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic will be celebrating its 30th anniversary when the 130,000 member nonprofit is at the Minneapolis Convention Center February 15-17, 2013. The last time the event was in Minnesota was 2008.

DNR: This year's pheasant hunting season looking pretty grim
