Police ask for help finding for missing 'vulnerable adult' in Twin Cities

Roseville police are asking the public to help find a missing "vulnerable" man.

The police department says Carl Clark, 50, of Roseville, was last seen leaving the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis on Thursday at 2:40 p.m.

Police describe Clark as a "high functioning vulnerable adult," and note he's also a double amputee with two prosthetic legs.

Clark is a black male, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs about 150 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, gray beanie and gray pants, according to Roseville police.

He lives in a group home on the 2200 block of Lexington Avenue, has limited resources and no friends or family in the Twin Cities area, officials say.

Authorities say he is not a threat to himself or the public.

Police ask anyone who has seen Clark to call their local police department.
