Update: Missing teen who needed medical attention has been found

He went missing Sunday.

A missing 15-year-old boy has been found.

Minneapolis police tweeted Wednesday morning Michael Dean Carlson has been found after going missing Sunday evening.

Officials were concerned because he needed medical attention. Police said he's been taken to a hospital for evaluation.

No other details were released.

The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing 15-year-old boy.

Michael Dean Carlson was last seen Sunday evening in the area of 24th Avenue South and Riverside Avenue South. He was wearing a black sweatshirt and orange pants.

Investigators say they've learned he's in "need of medical attention," but didn't give any specifics.
