Police seek 3 suspects in attempted kidnapping near Lake Calhoun

Minneapolis police are looking for three suspects in the attempted kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl riding her bicycle near Lake Calhoun on May 5.

Around 2:25 p.m., officers responded to 36th Street West and Zenith Ave South. The girl told police that she was approached by three men, one of whom grabbed her by the wrist and threatened to hurt her if she made any noise, FOX 9 reports.

The girl told police she screamed and the suspects fled northbound.

The three suspects are described as white men, all between the ages of 35 and 40.

One of the men depicted in a composite sketch is described as having brown hair and a muscular build similar to a "WWF wrestler."

The second suspect is described as having a blond buzz cut hairstyle. No further information was available about the third suspect.
