Police are hoping the public can help identify a vehicle that was seen in the area where a St. Cloud State University student went missing early Saturday.

In an update on the investigation Monday, the St. Cloud Police Department said it's looking to identify and speak to the driver of a four-door sedan that was in the area where 21-year-old Jesse Dady was last seen.

The vehicle, pictured above, was spotted on surveillance video driving around to the back of the Empire Apartments on 4th Street North around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. It left a few minutes later, police say.

Around the same time, Dady was seen on surveillance video walking northbound on 5th Avenue North, crossing 1st Street North, not far from the Mississippi River (see map below).

Jeffrey Oxton of the St. Cloud Police Department told GoMN that foul play still is not suspected in this case, noting the driver of the sedan could have seen Dady.

Police say they are continuing their search efforts Monday, including probing the river.

If anyone has information on Dady's whereabouts, they're asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200 or Tri-County Crime Stoppers at 320-255-1301. You can also text a tip to Tri-County Crime Stoppers by sending "TRITIP" along with your type to 274637.

A St. Cloud State University Student is missing after last being seen walking alone in downtown St. Cloud early Saturday.

Surveillance video shows 21-year-old Jesse Dady walking northbound on 5th Avenue North, crossing 1st Street North, near the Mississippi River, around 1:30 a.m., the St. Cloud Police Department says.

Police searched that area, but didn't find him. The St. Cloud Times says officials from different agencies spent Sunday afternoon searching the Mississippi River and the shoreline for Dady, noting they'll be meeting Monday to discuss the next steps in the search for the St. Cloud State University biochemistry major.

Police say there's no indication he's the victim of foul play.

Dady is described as a white, 6-foot-tall man who weighs 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a blaze orange hat, gray jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on where Dady could be is asked to call the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200 or Tri-County Crime Stoppers at 320-255-1301. You can also text a tip to Tri-County Crime Stoppers by sending "TRITIP" along with your type to 274637.

Dady's friends and classmates have been sharing his photo on social media, pleading for help finding him.
