The campaign trail has been getting a little bumpy lately for Republicans in Minnesota, with protesters striking again at rallies for both Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich. Click the headline to check out videos.

The campaign trail has been getting a little bumpy lately for Republicans in Minnesota.

Gay-rights supporters glitter-bombed Ron Paul as he left the stage after a campaign rally at the Minneapolis Convention Center (WCCO):

And Hecklers interrupted Newt Gingrich in Bloomington. Things got a little heated when an audience member shoved one of the protesters (the Atlantic):

Minnesota Public Radio says the protesters at the Gingrich rally were high-schoolers from Edina and calls it a sign of the city's changing politics.

The latest protests come less than week after the "glitterati" struck Mitt Romney, twice, during a rally in Eagan.
