Rihanna, Gaga announce concerts at Xcel

Rihanna is bringing her Diamonds World Tour to St. Paul, the Star Tribune reports. The pop star opened the MTV Video Music Awards and took the top honor of video of the year for "We Found Love" Thursday night.

Tickets for the March 24 concert go on sale Sept. 21 at the Xcel Energy Center box office and on TicketMaster. Prices range from $39.50 to $125.

Also announced this week, Lady Gaga will be coming to the Xcel Energy Center on Feb. 6. WCCO-TV reports tickets have not gone on sale yet but are expected to sell out quickly.
