Occupy protesters gain meeting with Rybak

Occupy Minnesota protesters will meet with Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak Tuesday to discuss the weekend arrests of a dozen demonstrators. The Occupy movement alleges police brutality. Forty members marched to Rybak's office to demand the meeting. Police Chief Tim Dolan has acknowledged cops may have gone too far in knocking a camera off the shoulder of a news photographer.

Duluth protest group staying all day

Duluth protesters supporting the Occupy Wall Street movement plan to stay at Lake Superior Plaza all day Saturday. Statewide demonstrations have been organized in other cities, including Minneapolis, St. Paul and Rochester. Protests are in response to perceived social inequality and corporate greed.
