The Saint Cloud Times says 22-year-old Ka Vang was found dead Thursday, just a day after city officials issued an alert for the missing woman. Authorities are investigating the death but say it doesn't appear criminal. Due to past behavior and medical history, police say Vang may have been suicidal.
