A teenager from Duluth has not been seen for five days and police are looking for the public's help to find her.

The Duluth Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension have both issued an alert over the disappearance of Leah Buehring.

The 17 year old was last seen near 4000 W. 9th St. on Saturday, July 1, and has not been seen since.

Police note she may also be using the name Angel Faith James.

"It is imperative that Buehring is located so we can check her health and welfare," police said, though it's not been made clear whether she is any danger.

Police told KBJR she could still be in the Twin Ports area, but added that "really, she could be anywhere."

She is described as being white, 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel/brown eyes. She might also be wearing a brace on her right knee.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should call 911 or the Duluth police investigations department at 218-625-3581.
