She rejected his advances, so he repeatedly peed in her water bottle
Well this is gross.
A Perkins Restaurant worker in Vadnais Heights has been charged with repeatedly urinating in a co-worker's water bottle over a period of several months.
The 41-year-old victim reported to police in October that she'd noticed on several occasions that the liquid in her water bottle tasted like pee.
Suspicion eventually fell on her 46-year-old coworker Conrrado Cruz Perez, of Minneapolis, who had previously expressed romantic interest in her.
She told police the bad tasting water only started appearing after she told him "she only wanted to be friends with him," a criminal complaint states.
Since that time, she said there had been about 15 instances of urine taste in her water bottle at work.
When interviewed Perez initially denied it, but when told about the possibility of DNA sampling, he admitted he'd done it once a few weeks ago because "he had to go to the bathroom and the restaurant was busy."
He has been charged with two counts of adulterating by bodily fluid.
You might remember this was only made a crime in Minnesota as recently as 2015, following a case in which a man ejaculated into a co-worker's coffee.
