The company says the error was caused by an incorrect calculation in their computer system and has refunded the overpayments.

UnitedHealth may lose 500,000 of its Medicare subscribers

Bloomberg reports UnitedHealth's plans are expected to increase 14 percent next year -- making it too expensive for many of their low-income customers. Plans sold at Wal-Mart and CVS will be half the cost.
