KARE 11 talked with the mother of Chelsea Nowak, who's been in a relationship with 24-year-old Tyler Winger for nearly eight years.

Last week, Winger popped the question by plowing a message into the field for Nowak to see: "Marry me, will you?"

The couple is planning an August wedding, according to KARE 11.
