St. Paul firefighters make final holiday push for shirtless calendars

Author:

If hunky firefighters are on your holiday wish list, then you're luck for photographs of them, at least: The 2013 calendar featuring shirtless St. Paul firefighters is still on sale, reports the Pioneer Press.

The St. Paul Fire Foundation is selling the calendars through Sunday at Rosedale Mall, directly outside of Macy's in mall's lower level.

The nonprofit foundation's executive director said the proceeds from the sales of the calendar support several causes including paramedic school for firefighters, heart scans for firefighters over 40 because of their high risk of heart diseases, workout equipment in fire stations, and putting defibrillators in high schools and recreation centers.

The calendars went on sale in August.
