A man who was seen on a YouTube video being kicked by a St. Paul officer in August has had another run-in with police.

Police say Eric Hightower, 30, jumped out a window at the Highway Motel in St. Paul after police came to the door in response to a call of a dispute early Monday morning, the Pioneer Press reports. Hightower was taken to the hospital and has been arrested on suspicion of violating a no-contact order.

Police on Aug. 28 were responding to a call about a man who had violated an order of protection for Kara Drew. Responding officer Jesse Zilge was seen kicking Hightower as police sought to detain him. Hightower was charged with aggravated stalking and terroristic threats in that case. The kicking incident is being investigated by police internal affairs officers.

In the Monday case, Hightower is again accused of violating the no-contact order protecting Drew, police say.
