Missing St. Paul 8-year-old found after public appeal

An 8-year-old boy reported missing in St. Paul was found shortly after a public appeal was issued by police.

St. Paul Police Department confirmed on Twitter that Joseph Lafrombosie was found in the west side of St. Paul Tuesday, after not being seen since Monday afternoon on East 4th Street.

His disappearance was not being treated as suspicious by police.

The police department thanked the media for getting the word out quickly and the public for their tips on his whereabouts.
