State's annual $1 million raffle: 2 winners in Anoka, Blue Earth counties

Two Minnesotans are starting the year off right – as millionaires.

The Minnesota Millionaire Raffle held annually on Jan. 1 guarantees two $1 million winners, and this year the winning tickets were sold in Anoka and Blue Earth counties, the Minnesota Lottery announced. Check out winning numbers here.

Other winning tickets were sold in:

– Chippewa, Dakota, Hennepin, Washington, and Wilkin counties ($100,000 prizes)

– Washington County (Ford Mustang)

– Ramsey County (Ford Edge)

- Hennepin County (Ford Escape)

The Minnesota Millionaire Raffle is a yearly event that the Minnesota Lottery says offers the best chances for players to win a $1 million prize because a limited number of tickets are sold and two people are guaranteed the big prize. Odds of winning the $1 million: 1 in 350,000.
