A St. Paul man has been arrested in connection with the death of another St. Paul man after an alleged car-surfing accident in Wisconsin Saturday. Shawn Swanson, 21, was reportedly riding on top of a moving car when he fell onto the pavement and died, the Burnett County, Wis., Sheriff's Office, said. The driver of the vehicle, Cole T. Fohrenkamm, 21, of St. Paul, was arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

St. Paul Police have released more information in two officer-involved shootings that left two men dead and sent a policeman to the hospital. Officer Daniel King suffered multiple gunshot wounds after 22-year-old Chue Xiong, a theft suspect, fired a shotgun at his squad Tuesday night.
