Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has the best staff service on the continent.
At least that's according to the results of a Skytrax survey that was released Tuesday.
Skytrax's annual World Airport Survey takes a look at airports all across the world, ranking them in all sorts of categories.
This time, travelers voted MSP as having the best staff service in 2016. MSP was followed by Vancouver, Seattle, Denver, and Cincinnati.
Skytrax also lists the airport as one of the top 100 in the world. We come in at number 72.
The airport that claimed the title of "World's Best," is Changi Airport Singapore. This is the fifth straight year it's earned that award.
About the awards
Skytrax describes its World Airport Awards as the "Oscars of the aviation industry."
The results are based on more than 13 million airport survey questionnaires completed by 105 different nationalities of travelers, covering 550 airports worldwide.
The survey looks at traveler experiences in regards to things like check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, etc.
Just last week, MSP was named the best airport of its size in North America. That was in a completely separate ranking.
Even earlier this year, it was ranked one of the most punctual airports in the world. And last fall, MSP was honored for having the best public restroom. The airport has also won awards for its food and retail and environmental stewardship, among others.
