Tax relief bill heads to Gov. Dayton's desk

The Minnesota House has sent a $430 million tax relief bill to Gov. Mark Dayton's desk after it approved the same version that had been passed by the Senate earlier in the afternoon. Dayton could sign the bill as early as this evening, we'll keep you updated.

Update: Body found ID'ed as missing teen from southeast Minnesota

A body found Thursday morning is that of missing 15-year-old Noah Graddy of Byron, Minnesota, KAAL TV reports. The body was found by a law enforcement search team that was looking for Graddy in the snow Thursday morning between Kasson and Byron, west of Rochester.

Cause of death ruled in high school athlete who fled underage party

The Dawson-Boyd High School standout football player who was reported missing after sheriff's deputies responded to a drinking party in a rural area near Madison died of hypothermia due to environmental exposure. According to Lac qui Parle County coroner Ralph Gerbig, alcohol was a contributing factor in the death of 18-year-old Michael Anyasike.

Two-headed calf will be Wisconsin school's teaching tool
