Man says Salvation Army bell-ringer berated him for not giving
A man shopping in the Twin Cities says he'll never give to the charity again after a bell-ringer harassed him as he left a store. The Salvation Army tells the Star Tribune that, if it can substantiate the man's report, it will make sure the offender never rings the bell again.
